1) This article is about how the film a field in England was released, distributed and funded. The article states that this was complex as it was not easy to shoot at one location and used film 4 and 4DVD to fund this film which was a BFI distribution fund made at £300K and each area that was used was designed to add value to the film and give it a source of identity. The article states that this film was made by a diverse strategy making it more liable to be more original and less dominated by other technologies.

2)Industrial Evolution:Producer Andy Starke on the music industry influences informing A field in England's release strategy.

Screen/radical release: Commissioning Executive Anna Higgs on the groundbreaking release plans A field in England.
This page states how the film was promoted  through posters and 4DVD channel along with Film4 which makes it different and allows audiences to enjoy it at its own pleasure.

Audience: Anna Higgs discusses where A field in England sits within the British  cinema and how it will reach its Intended audience for the film.
This type of release was mainly targeted for audiences that were passionate and believe that their audience should not have to wait 6 months to watch it on DVD.

3) This films release was different to a typical film release because on the day of its released it had been shown in cinema and on TV on Film 4 and other things like DVD.

4)The advantages of releasing a film on the same day across all platforms was that consumers have the choice really where to actually watch this film which means that more of the passionate audiences will watch the film in the cinema and others may just stream it.

5)The disadvantages are that people may not actually go to the cinema to watch this film they may just stream it online.

6)The target audience may be a niche audience as it is a art house film.

7)No i personally believe that big budget films will have to be released in cinema in order to make as much profit as they spent on the film. This would help them achieve more as audiences will have to buy their tickets in order to the film.

8)The film chicken was unable to use this film strategy because there was no other company that was willing to take on the film as they believed it would not make much profit and also had a production company that was mainly for this film.
