Editing video feedback and learner response

1)C omments from teacher: Good opening shot and i think the audio works really well. The major issue is pace and transitions this would be more effective at one minute or so. More pace would add a lot. In terms of transitions, always use straight cuts unless there is a very specific reason to use a wipe / dissolve etc. Table tennis could have been great for match on action and shot reverse shot! Missed opportunity. Framing of shots for conversation not quite right. 2)Feedback from students: WWW: Very well edited transitions used and all shots used. Good over the shoulder shots. Good examples of match on action. Music fit well. 180 degree rule was good.  Successfully used all shots. EBI: Beginning of a few shots had the actor waiting to do the action.
